According to the decision of the 60/30th joint-meeting of the RCC Board of the Communications Administrations Heads - members of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications and the Coordination Council of the CIS Member-States on Informatization at the RCC, Network Access Associates Ltd. (EutelsatOneWeb), ER-Telecom Holding, Geyser-Telecom and GTN (Thuraya) were granted the status of observer in the Working Bodies of the Commonwealth.
