The GSMA M360 Eurasia Conference started its work on 15 May 2024 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. The Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications has acted as a partner of the event.

The conference will last two days, its participants will discuss many relevant aspects of the theme "Experience the Power of Digital". The event program includes the most interesting issues facing the ICT industry today - these include the use of artificial intelligence technologies, digital skills development, connectivity technologies, security issues and many others.

The opening session of the Conference, which aimed to give impetus to future discussions, included a speech by Alexey Borodin, Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications.

The session was also attended by:

- John Giusti, Director of Regulatory Affairs at GSMA,

- Samir Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

- Natalia Mochu, ITU Regional Director for CIS,

- Alex Xu, President of Huawei Middle East and Central Asia Operator Business Group.

On the margins of the event, the RCC Director General also held informal meetings with Nurlan Madaminov, Director General of Kyrgyztelecom, and one of the two members of the Radio Regulations Committee of the International Telecommunication Union from the RCC/CIS region, Sahiba Hasanova.
