On March 21, 2024, a meeting was held between the Director General of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, Alexey Sergeevich Borodin, and the Chairman of the Coordination Council - Special Communication Services of the States Parties to the Agreement on the Interstate Exchange of Special Communications Items, the Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Main Center for Special Communications" Ivan Alekseevich Gaichen.

During the meeting, options and approaches were discussed on the issue of possible mutually beneficial cooperation and practical interaction between the RCC and the Coordination Council - Special Communication Services of Sovereign States in the transportation, storage and delivery of special items along interstate routes, taking into account common and national interests at the interstate level.

During the meeting, intentions were expressed to continue further interaction and invite the General Director of the RCC to participate in the meeting of the Coordination Council - special communication services of the states party to the Agreement (May 2024) and the Chairman of the Coordination Council - special communication services in the meeting of the Council of Heads of RCC Autonomous Authorities (June 2024).
