On March 12, 2024 the Commission on Regulation of Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits (RCC Commission on Radio Frequency Spectrum and Satellite Orbits) continued its work.

The RCC Executive Committee analyzed the questionnaire "Prospects for the development of the commonwealth". This presentation was made by the RCC Director General Alexey Borodin within the framework of the issue of preparation of the joint 60th meeting of the Council of Heads of the RCC AU and the 30th meeting of the Coordinating Council of the CIS Member States on Informatization under the RCC. Also, the information on the nomination of candidates for awarding the most distinguished in the course of the WRC-23 work from the RCC communications administrations was presented.

The Commission exchanged experience on the production of modern radio equipment in the RCC member states, where presentations were made by:

- Alexander Vladislavovich Dodulad - Project Director of PJSC "Rostelecom";

- Artur Viktorovich Mikhailov - International Business Development Manager, LLC "NTC PROTEI";

- Natalia Shcheglova - General Director of Elektra LLC.

Then the Working Bodies of the Commission, Working Group on Preparation for AR/WRC (AR/WRC WG), Working Group on Radio Frequency Spectrum Management (RFS WG), Working Group on Radio Broadcasting (RWG) and Project Group on works related to the search for additional channels to the Plan "Geneva-06" in the radio frequency band 470-694 MHz in the border areas between the RCC countries, as well as other countries, parties to the Agreement "Geneva-06" (DTV WG) started their work.

The meeting of the AR/WRC Working Group was opened by the Chairman Mr. Sergey Yurievich Pastukh.

The meeting of the WFWG was opened by the Chairman Mr. Alexey Ivashkin.

The joint meeting of the WF Working Group and the DTV Project Group was opened by the Chairperson Mr. Andrey Lashkevich.

The work of the Working Groups will continue between March 12 and March 14, 2024.
