On February 1, 2024, the International Digital Forum “Digital Almaty” began its work in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) - this is a traditional dialogue platform for discussing the digital agenda, new strategies for digital transformation and trends in the field of digital technologies.

The heads of delegations took part in the “Digital Almaty 2024” Forum: Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov, Chairman of the Government of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, Chairman Collegium Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

The purpose of the event is to conduct a dialogue at the regional and global levels, as well as exchange experiences in the field of digital transformation. The emphasis is on areas such as the development of human capital and creative industries, the use of robotic technologies, digitalization of industry, healthcare and education.

In 2024, the forum will be held on February 1–3 under the title “Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future.”

It is expected that the participation of about 30 thousand representatives of different companies and 200 speakers from among international experts, industry leaders, leading innovators in the field of IT and business, technology parks from Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, India, China, government officials from the SCO and EAEU countries, experts and entrepreneurs. Participants will discuss current trends in the field of digital technologies, the possibility of their use to solve social, economic and environmental problems, as well as successful examples in the use of new technologies in the real sector of the economy and innovation.

The annual international digital forum “Digital Almaty” has been held since 2018 and is a major event in the CIS in the field of innovative technologies with the participation of representatives of business, the IT community, government agencies, the media and international experts.
