The meeting was opened and the participants were welcomed by the Director of the Antimonopoly Regulation Department Sushkevich Alexander Gennadevich.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Communications Administrations, mobile operators of the following countries: the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications.

The following issues were considered during the meeting of the Working Group:
- On the telecommunication operators of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Union) operating in the market for international traffic transmission services (Internet content) between the Member States of the Union, as well as the cost of such services provided to telecommunication operators of the Member States.
- On the Order of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of November 18
2019 No. 31.
- On the preparation of an information report on the situation in the communication markets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
At the end of the meeting of the Working Group on Competition and the Elimination of Barriers in the Field of Communication of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Chairman of the meeting Alexander Gennadyevich Sushkevich thanked everyone for their participation and fruitful work.
