On May 4, 2023, the results of the II International Conference "International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development - 2023" (ITTC-2023) were summed up in Ashgabat.

Within the framework of the conference, in the first half of the day, negotiations were held between the General Director of the Executive Committee of the RCC Nurudin Nasretdinovich Mukhitdinov and the Chairman of the Agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk" of Turkmenistan Khudaiguliyev Khadzhimyrat Shikhmyradovich.

During the working meeting, issues of strengthening cooperation in the areas of development of communications and information and communication technologies and the significant role of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications in this work were discussed.

At the same time, the regulatory documents of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Universal Postal Union (UPU), decisions of the Council of Heads of Communications Administrations of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications, as well as Commonwealth documents of the Independent States, including the CIS Cooperation Strategy in Building and Development of the Information Society for the Period up to 2025 and the Action Plan for its Implementation for the Period up to 2025, the Concept of Cooperation between the Commonwealth of Independent States Member States in the Field of Digital Development and the Plan of Priority Actions for its implementations and others.

During the meeting, topical issues of preparation for the next 59/29th joint meeting of the Council of Heads of Administrations of Communications of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications and the Coordinating Council for Informatization under the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications, as well as for meetings of other working bodies of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications, which will play a significant role in the preparation of the Communications Administrations of the CIS region for the largest events of the International Telecommunication Union scheduled for 2023: the UPU Extraordinary Congress (October 1-5, 2023, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), the Radiocommunication Assembly (November 13-17, 2023 2023 World Radiocommunication Conference (November 20-December 15, 2023 Dubai, UAE).

Then the Chairman of the Agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk" of Turkmenistan Khudaigulyev Kh.Sh. acquainted the General Director of the Executive Committee of the RCC Mukhitdinov N.N. with the stands of subordinate enterprises.

On May 4, 2023, in the afternoon, the results of the conference were summed up.

At this conference, the positive experience of cooperation between regional organizations and industry unions in ensuring effective development on the digital transformation of our region was noted.

As a result of the conference, the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications was awarded a Certificate as an organization that has made a significant contribution to the work of the Conference, which once again underlines the authority of our organization.

The Ashgabat forum provided its participants with an excellent opportunity to exchange experience and knowledge, strengthen fruitful cooperation, and establish new contacts.
