The Plenary Meetings of the Committee for Cooperation with ITU (Com-ITU) and the Project Teams took place on March 6-7, 2023.

About 100 delegates from the Member-States of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT), members of international and regional organizations, as well as RCC representatives participated in the meeting.

Representatives of the Communications Administrations of the Republic of Armenia, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, as well as by the staff of the RCC Executive Committee attended this meeting on behalf of the RCC.

Christiana Flutur, Co-Chairperson of CEPT and Chairperson of Com-ITU, opened the above-mentioned meeting and made her introductory remarks.

The main purpose of this two-day meeting was to update the preparations for the European Regional Development Forum, as well as to consider nominations from the European region to the Group on Capacity Building Initiatives of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU GCBI).
