On 6th June, the XXVII International ICT Forum TIBO-2022 started in Minsk, which was opened with the plenary session “Digital Future”.
The President of Belarus, Aleksander Lukashenko sent his greetings to the participants and guests of the XXVIII International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies TIBO-2022.
“The world has entered a new era, and Belarus is rightfully among the countries that are most actively implementing digitalization processes in the economy, public administration, financial and social spheres,” the greeting states.
Upon completion of the opening ceremony of the International Specialized Exhibition TIBO-2022, the official delegation toured the exposition.
The focus was on the stand “Belarus, the Country of Digital Opportunities”, which presented innovative developments of state-owned enterprises and institutions.
The delegation also visited the stand of Beltelecom, the general partner of the exhibition, and the stands of MTS, Belpochta, and other companies.
The business programme of the XXVII International ICT Forum TIBO-2022 was opened by the plenary session “Digital Future”.
The Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the Forum Organizing Committee, Shulgan Konstantin Konstantinovich made a welcoming speech.
Konstantin Shulgan, Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and Chairman of the Forum Organizing Committee noted that the TIBO forum had become a place for trends exchange. The forum pays special attention to the Presidential Decree No.136 “On the State Management Bodies in the Field of Digital Development and Informatization Issues”.
Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich, General-Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, traditionally took part in the opening of the International ICT Forum TIBO-2022 and the plenary session “Digital Future”.
Mukhitdinov N.N., General-Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, drew attention to the serious achievements of the forum participants, which were presented at the stands.
“What many describe as the future of technologies is already implemented in Belarus today. What has not even been implemented in some countries is already present in Belarus and acts as an element of building the information society; it is the implementation of digitalization in all sectors of the national economy. We all understand that the future socio-economic formation based on the information society is impossible without implementation of all technologies in the country's industries," Mukhitdinov noted in his speech.
