From 31 May to 2 June, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's (SCO) “Youth Dreams of an Innovative Technology of the Future” forum took place in China.

On 1st of June 2022, a panel discussion on "Eurasian Coordinated Development of ICT Infrastructure and Open Digital Cooperation" was held through the videoconference in a roundtable format at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting “Youth Dreams of Innovative Technologies of the Future”.
The discussion was hosted and moderated by Mukhitdinov Nurudin Nasretdinovich, General-Director of the RCC Executive Committee.
Participants of the discussion on "Eurasian Coordinated ICT Infrastructure Development and Open Digital Cooperation" were:

- Difficulties in the development of digital infrastructure, lack of ideas, difficulties in coordination, impact on the telecom industry, lack of financial support, etc.
The event took place in a positive and constructive atmosphere.
