RCC Deputy Director General Maria Bolshakova participated in "Leaders TalkX: Using ICT to Unlock the Full Potential of Digital Technologies".

During the discussion in the context of preparations for the general review of the implementation of the decisions of the WSIS in 2025 at the UNGA level, the participants discussed the prospects for expanding joint efforts to use technology as a accelerator for inclusive and sustainable development.

During the session, Maria Bolshakova highlighted the key points of the preparation of the RCC/CIS region for the WSIS+20, talking in particular about the RCC thematic Declaration — the document not only provides an assessment of the implementation of the WSIS outcome documents, but also suggests future steps to strengthen dialogue within the framework of the global digital agenda.
